Parade

Our City had a Parade and M got to be in it.  Can you find her?
E and Daddy.  E jumped into the parade to walk with us.  He ended up carrying him the whole time.  Fun workout!

M and E
So I have mentioned many times how long it takes to mow our grass. 1 hour and 50 minutes straight without stopping.  Until we do some landscaping this is what we have to work with.

Thanksgiving w/ The Kids

We just had family leave after visiting from Texas.  Now to catch up on some of the activities we have did before they came into town.

We went to Thanksgiving Point Farm Country.

E riding the smallest pony.
M riding the tallest horse.
Of course the kids had to go to jail.
They love the little indoor part and could stay for a very long time.

Check out the new baby.
After a hot afternoon at the Farm we had to get some ice cream.

The summer is really flying by fast.  We are enjoying all our moments.

Love it!

As I was mowing the lawn the sliding glass door was open.  E was having a tough time shutting it with bubbles on his hands.  I kept calling up the back yard stairs to get M's attention.  Finally I realized inside the house she was up the stairs on the computer.  So I decided that I would be shutting it on my own.  I go up the stairs pretty focused and out of E's mouth he says, "GO GET HER MOM!"

I couldn't stop laughing...

Out to Dinner with My Sisters

One of the nicest things about moving to Utah is getting together with my sisters.  Tonight we went to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday.   I'll post a picture later.

Jogging

Nothing is better than a jog at night or one in the morning.    So peaceful to be with your own thoughts and to enjoy the neighborhood.

Legacy Pool

Gotta love Legacy Pool indoor so you can really play for hours and not get worn out from the heat.

We didn't take any friends with us this time.

M made a friend and believe it or not so did E.  E became friends with a 5 year old.

M writing her Christmas List

M was writing out her birthday list and I guess it got too long.  She ended up changing it to her Christmas list.  Awhile ago she shared that her 1st Grade teacher taught her about her wants and needs.  So... as she made her list M put some needs in there.  She put a red winter jacket and gloves.

I just feel so grateful for the amazing people in our lives that teach me and our kids great life skills that will help them in our journey through life.

We have been very blessed with great teachers in school and church.
