Our Staycation is quickly coming to an end. It has really been a blast and I have loved every minute of it.
Right now we are at my Sisters trying to get their Basketball thing put together. Actually I should clarify... the husbands are putting it together.
This morning I woke up and in record time was showered, dressed and out the door to meet my Mother in law for a movie and lunch for my birthday tomorrow.
Did I mention tomorrow is my birthday? I love birthdays and it is always a treat every year. This year I am turning 32 tomorrow. Oh ya... and Father's Day is tomorrow also. So Chad asked me today "So who is making breakfast in the morning?" Good question... we will make the kids?
While I was gone with my mother in law Chad cleaned the entire house and deep cleaned. We had chatted about how we had not done anything in the house all week. I just laughed and said "Of course not, we are on Staycation. No cleaning, no cooking. That is my kind of vacation!!!
The kids had a great time playing with friends and now playing with cousins.
Chad finished all the framing in the basement which looks fantastic. We will have to wait to see the next step and how long we take to do it.
Tomorrow is our big day and the finale to our Staycation.
